The SAPSONS “NW” Series Tube Sheet Grooving Tool is a precision internal grooving tool specially designed for creating grooves inside tube sheet holes during the manufacturing and maintenance of heat exchangers, condensers, chillers, and boilers. These grooves help in mechanically locking expanded tubes firmly into the tube sheet, improving joint strength and leak resistance.

SAPSONS uses an automatic eccentric tool-holder mechanism, where the cutter activates automatically once the pilot nose touches the tube sheet face. The cutter then feeds smoothly into the bore to produce accurate grooves with controlled depth and position.
