The E1RU type is specifically engineered to:

• Provide secure cable termination and sealing
• Maintain electrical continuity (earthing) of armour
• Ensure flameproof and explosion-safe connections

It is suitable for both indoor and outdoor installations, especially where flammable gases or dust may be present.
