The SAPSONS ‘HJ’ Series Hydraulic Crimping Tools are heavy-duty hydraulic tools designed for crimping copper and aluminium cable terminal ends. They are manufactured from solid special alloy steel and are intended primarily for industrial/manufacturing environments where tool weight is less critical and crane handling facilities are available.

Working Principle :

The HJ Series operates through a separate hydraulic hand pump and crimping jack. When the pump is operated, hydraulic pressure is transmitted through the 2-metre hose to the crimping head. The hydraulic force drives the selected die to compress the cable terminal onto the conductor, producing a secure mechanical and electrical connection. The pressure-control mechanism and safety valve help regulate operation and protect the system against excessive pressure.
