A Heat Shrink Straight-Through Cable Jointing Kit is used to join two power cables of the same type and same size or different size in a straight line. It restores the electrical, mechanical, and environmental protection of the cable joint after repair or extension.
Construction / What it is made of:
RAYCHEM kit mainly consists of heat-shrinkable polymeric seemless extruded sleeves which is hydrophobic in nature , insulation tubes, stress control tubes, adhesive-lined outer sleeves, and mechanical or compression connectors made of copper or aluminium. The materials are designed to shrink uniformly when heated and provide strong insulation and sealing.
