TRE SPLIT Round Punches
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
the TRE SPLIT split punch sheet system for ST 37 sheets divides the sheet into 3 parts. This prevents the waste piece from jamming on the lag screw or in the die. Fast and burr-free punching is made possible. Max. steel sheet thicknesses: 2 mm with 9.5 mm lag screw / lag bolt and 3 mm with 19 mm lag screw / lag bolt. The punches are suitable for manual and hydraulic operation. Due to the special cutting geometry of the TRE SPLIT stamp, the cutting pressure requirement is reduced and thus the effort required in manual operation with ball bearing screw is facilitated. This also relieves the pressure on the hydraulic tools. The anti-wear paste protects against wear and seizing.
