Tube Expander – 8012 Series
The Sapsons Tube Expander 8012 Series is a heavy-duty adjustable tube expanding tool used for expanding and fastening tubes into thick tube sheets in boilers, condensers, air heaters, and refinery equipment. It is designed for both normal and heavy wall tubes and features a thrust bearing collar for smooth and efficient operation. The series supports tube sizes from 1¾” to 5″ OD and can handle tube sheets up to 8 inches thick. It is widely used in industrial maintenance and heat exchanger applications for creating strong, leak-proof tube joints.
